We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry. The role involves accurate preparation, verification, and management of project billing, BOQs, RA bills, and cost control in line with contracts and project progress.
Prepare and process RA Bills, final bills, and client invoices as per contract terms.
Verify BOQs, measurements, and executed quantities at site.
Coordinate with site engineers, planning, contracts, and accounts teams for accurate billing.
Track variation orders, extra items, deductions, and recoveries.
Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and company billing standards.
Maintain detailed billing records, approvals, and documentation.
Support cash flow planning by providing timely billing updates.
Assist in internal and external audits related to project billing.
Generate periodic billing and cost reports for management review.
Handle client billing queries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience as a Billing Engineer
Experience in real estate / residential / commercial construction projects is mandatory
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA billing, measurement sheets, and rate analysis
Hands-on experience with contracts, billing procedures, and project documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and billing/ERP software
Understanding of GST implications on construction billing (preferred)
Behavioural Skills

Ability to work under deadlines
