Job Summary:

Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and process

  client and subcontractor bills

  in accordance with contract terms and project progress.
• Evaluate and validate

  quantities executed on site

  as per drawings and specifications.
• Ensure

  timely submission of running and final bills

  with complete supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to

  track work progress

  and obtain necessary approvals.
• Monitor and verify

  measurements

  , prepare

  MB (Measurement Books)

  , and maintain accurate billing records.
• Prepare

  rate analysis

  and maintain compliance with contract BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Assist in

  cost control

  , budgeting, and tracking of actual vs. projected costs.
• Manage

  reconciliation of materials

  and billing quantities.
• Liaise with

  consultants, contractors, and vendors

  for billing clarifications and issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with

  quality and safety standards

  while executing billing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)

• Experience:

  Minimum 7 years in Billing & Quantity Surveying for

  commercial or hospitality construction projects

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems

  , and billing software.
• Strong understanding of

  contractual terms, project BOQs, RA billing

  , and site execution practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
