Billing & Dispatch Executive (Logistics)

You will be joining our logistics team as a Dispatch Executive. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely dispatch of goods and services by coordinating and overseeing the process. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Your key responsibilities will include planning and scheduling deliveries based on customer requirements and warehouse availability. You will work closely with drivers and warehouse staff to facilitate efficient loading and unloading of goods. Monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery, managing communication with customers to provide delivery status updates, and resolving any issues or delays will also be part of your duties. Maintaining accurate dispatch records, updating the system with real-time data, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling dispatch paperwork, such as invoices, delivery notes, and reports. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and a yearly bonus. We prefer candidates with at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location for this role is in person.
