Job Description for Jr. Accountant.

Designation: Jr. Accountant .

Department : Account & Finance

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Qualification: B.COM/M.COM/MBA/PGDM in Finance.

No of vacancy: 1

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.

Timing: 9:40 am to 6:10 pm.

Salary range: 15,000 - 22,000 per month

PF & ESIC benefit.

Immediate joiners prefer.

Well versed with Advanced Excel

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of company invoices/Bills as per project stage.
• Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances.
• Send invoices and account updates to clients electronically and on paper.
• Update our system with payment information and other financial data.
• Handling employees' vouchers.
• Financial Monitoring & review.
• Preparation of company accounting statements.
• Statutory compliance related to the accounting.
• Prepare reports and review billing activity for accuracy.
• Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
