  • Updating clients' accounts to prevent discrepancies
  • Ensuring payments are correctly updated and recorded in the company's computer billing software
  • Managing payment invoices for clients for purposes of billing
  • Report printing for the billing department
  • Creating a backup for the billing system's files and performing the computer billing software's maintenance task
  • Creating new clients' accounts related to the company
  • Ensuring clients' information in written forms submitted to the company's billing software are accurate
  • Processing order forms handed in by clients upon acquiring its products and services
  • Managing the financial bookkeeping operations within the company daily
  • Creating accounts receivable reports
  • Handling and sorting out any payment discrepancies associated with clients
