Responsibilities: Generate accurate sales invoices and bills using billing software. Maintain and update billing records and daily sales reports. Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for order and payment verification. Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies. Ensure timely submission of tax-related documentation (e.g., GST). Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or accounts (Fresher with strong knowledge can also apply). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST. Proficiency in billing software (Tally, Excel, or equivalent). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and customer service skills.
