Billing Analyst

You will be joining HighRadius, a recognized provider of cloud-based Autonomous Software for the Office of the CFO. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the following key responsibilities: 1. **AR Billing**: You will act as the primary owner of all assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely order creation within 24 hours of new contract receipt and at least 6 months before renewal. Achieving industry-standard billing accuracy will be a key focus. 2. **Customer Communication**: You will be customer-focused, handling billing inquiries effectively. 3. **Time Management**: Efficient time management is crucial for this role. You will be responsible for tracking deliverables regularly to ensure smooth accounting close on a monthly basis. Maintaining a report for pending deliverables and proactively following up with internal and external stakeholders will be essential.
