Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex BigQuery data solutions
Implement and optimize Big Query datasets, ensuring efficient data storage and query performance
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and DataProc.
Create and manage federated queries across multiple data sources
Develop and maintain BigQuery notebooks and utilize Data Canvas for advanced data analysis
Implement best practices for BigQuery dataset management and performance optimization
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions
Perform data modeling and schema design for optimal BigQuery performance
Implement data governance and security measures within BigQuery environments
Development of Power BI Reports

Technical Skills

Expert-level knowledge of BigQuery SQL and advanced query optimization techniques
Proven experience in BigQuery administration and development
Deep understanding of BigQuery best practices for dataset management
Extensive experience with BigQuery notebooks and Data Canvas
Proficiency in Python and PySpark
Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including:

Cloud Functions
DataProc
Cloud Storage
Dataflow
AirFlow

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with complex DAX calculations.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and govern data access policies.
