Job Description Job Title: Bidding Executive J ob Summary: We are looking for detail-oriented and focused individuals (both male and female) to join our team as Bidding Executives. In this role, you'll be working with live vehicle auctions from Japan, using special software to place bids in real time. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working early in the morning, according to Japan’s time zone, and must be good with numbers, Excel, and handling pressure, especially during busy auction times. (*This is not a typical data entry job. It involves making quick decisions and managing data accurately in real time )* Key Responsibilities: Enter and manage bid data in real-time systems. Use Microsoft Excel to track and organize data related to vehicles and bids. Ensure all data is accurate and up to date. Keep daily records of vehicles purchased and maintain updated files. Communicate with internal teams to ensure purchase requirements and vehicle details are aligned. Perform quality checks on data to ensure it’s correct and free of errors. Qualifications: Graduates or those in their final semester are welcome to apply. 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry, back-office work, or roles involving Excel. Quick learner who can adapt to new software and tools for auctions. Required Skills: Ability to do quick math (add, subtract, multiply) with or without a calculator. Good memory to recall important details and processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, and formulas). Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Work Details: Shift Timings : Male Candidates: 4:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. IST Female Candidates: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. IST Note: Candidate must have their own vehicle for commuting.
