Bidder(Experienced)

The Online Bidder will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, and LinkedIn. The role requires identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and converting leads into successful projects for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
• Create and submit well-written, customized project proposals.
• Identify client requirements and offer suitable digital marketing / IT / pharma B2B solutions.
• Handle client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Work with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Design, Development, Marketing) to prepare project estimates and timelines.
• Maintain records of bids, proposals, and responses for reporting.
• Ensure target achievement in terms of bids placed, responses received, and conversions.
• Build long-term business relationships with clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve success rate on bidding platforms.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest solutions.
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing services (SEO, SMO, PPC, Web Development) preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, BA English preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Preferred: Prior experience in bidding or business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
