As a Bid Manager and Presales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the bid management process and presales ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include independently handling large scale RFPs, collaborating with diverse teams to develop compelling storylines for collaterals and proposals, and generating innovative ideas for proposal responses. It is essential that you have an understanding of tools/technologies/platforms such as ServiceNow, SalesForce, Korber, GenAI, Cloud, Bigdata at a business and functional level. Experience in working with sectors like Supply Chain, Fintech, Healthcare & Life Sciences will be advantageous. Proficiency in various commercial models and strong communication, logical thinking, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with the O365 suite are desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and own large scale RFPs from start to finish - Collaborate with diverse teams to craft compelling storylines for collaterals/proposals - Generate innovative ideas for proposal responses - Understand and utilize tools/technologies/platforms such as ServiceNow, SalesForce, Korber, GenAI, Cloud, Bigdata at a business and functional level - Work with verticals like Supply Chain, Fintech, Healthcare & Life Sciences for added advantage - Familiarity with varied commercial models like Time & Material, Fixed Price, Outcome, Output - Utilize strong verbal and written communication style - Apply logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills effectively - Hands-on experience with the O365 suite Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2.5+ years of experience in a similar role - Immediate joiners only - Apt understanding of bid management process and presales ecosystem - Good comprehension skills and ability to grasp tasks quickly - Familiarity with tools/technologies/platforms such as ServiceNow, SalesForce, Korber, GenAI, Cloud, Bigdata - Experience in verticals like Supply Chain, Fintech, Healthcare & Life Sciences would be beneficial - Proficiency in varied commercial models like Time & Material, Fixed Price, Outcome, Output - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Logical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with the O365 suite As a Bid Manager and Presales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the bid management process and presales ecosystem.
