BI Reports Developer III

The Business Intelligence Report Developer III based in Pune will be responsible for analyzing data, designing, and publishing business intelligence reports, templates, and dashboards using Tableau, Looker, MSSQL, and SSRS. With 5 to 7 years of experience, you should have a good understanding of working in an agile environment and be able to partner with stakeholders to develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organization. Your key responsibilities will include building solutions using business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic, and statistical software, managing Tableau Desktop, SSRS, and other BI tools to create standard reporting templates and dashboards for internal and external use, handling ad-hoc requests for specialized reports, analyzing current warehouse and reporting environments for enhancements, and providing support for end users to navigate through reporting applications for self-service reporting. You will also be expected to review reports for accuracy, identify reporting gaps, assist in cross-functional training on BI tools and data usage, create documentation and policies for the BI reporting team, evaluate current BI tools in the market, test templates before enterprise publishing, and lead and mentor staff to improve their skill sets and career potential.,
