Provide a world-class Power BI Business Intelligence solutions, consulting and support for leveraging the Tableau reporting platform. Work directly with the clients to understand requirement and propose & develop best business solution that enables effective decision making and drive business objectives.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor s degree in engineering or science or equivalent graduates with minimum 7-8 years of experience

Extensive experience working with Business Intelligence data visualization tools

Minimum 4 years of experience developing BI Solutions using Tableau/Power BI

Strong data extraction & SQL query skills, specifically Microsoft SQL Server

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and consulting skills

Strong understanding of Data Integration

Strong knowledge in data warehousing concepts

Ability to convert complex data into effective displays that are consumable by clients/end users

Collaborate effectively with other team members while involved in multiple work streams

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather and document functional and technical requirements, and translate requirements into reporting solutions, tools and dashboards

Develop in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses to ensure reports meet client needs

Extract & analyze data from multiple data sources to identify known and unknown data relationships and patterns

Support building a strong Visualization team with resources like guides, best practices, and defined processes

Ensure optimal performance and utilization of Tableau across the entire user base

Apply broad subject matter expertise in developing and recommending dashboards per Tableau Visualization features

Partner with appropriate team to ensure performance & delivery meets SLAs

Help & provide support to

Determine & manage scope

Develop & manage project plans, schedules & deliverables

Identify risks & dependences and create mitigation plan

Provide Development and Production support of the Tableau Reports
