Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Technology for Operations team at Accenture, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your main responsibility will be to provide innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. You will work closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Your understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be crucial in using AI effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop models for segmentation, propensity scoring, churn prediction, and campaign optimization. - Analyze performance across channels (email, paid media, CRM) using statistical and ML methods. - Design experiments (A/B, multi-armed bandits) and analyze results to improve ROI. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to operationalize models in production. - Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
