Job Summary: The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and delivering high-quality BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Integrate Power BI and Power Apps with various data sources, including SQL databases, SharePoint, and other cloud services. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI platforms. Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI tools and systems. Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices, recommending improvements as needed. Provide technical support and training to end-users on BI tools and solutions. Document BI processes, solutions, and system configurations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 6-9 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. Strong technical skills in BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.). Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
