BI Developer

As a Power BI Developer at our company, your role will involve developing Power BI reports and effective dashboards based on end user requirements. You will need to have the ability to work with large volumes of raw data and translate them into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing MS SQL queries and SSIS packages, as well as providing solutions using SSAS cubes (Tabular/Multi-Dimensional Models). Key Responsibilities: - Develop Power BI reports and dashboards - Translate end user requirements into actionable information - Optimize MS SQL queries and SSIS packages - Provide solutions using SSAS cubes - Write MDX queries and DAX - Work on Power BI data modeling, calculations, conversions, and scheduling data refreshes - Develop GUIs in Power BI and work on scripting and data source integration - Familiarity with Power BI custom add-on development and deployment - Connect Power BI with on-premise and cloud computing platforms - Provide optimized SQL scripts for complex scenarios - Understand data quality, data cleansing, and data transformation processes Qualifications Required: - Excellent experience in MS SQL Server - queries, joins, stored procedures, functions - Experience in writing MDX queries and DAX - Knowledge of Power BI with DAX queries, multiple data sources, and data relationships - Hands-on experience with Power BI Gateway, architecture, and data warehousing - Good understanding of Business Intelligence Systems & Tools (Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services) In addition to the technical qualifications, you should be detail-oriented, analytical, and have good problem-solving skills to excel in this role.,
