Job Description

As a Power BI Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-grade BI solutions. Your collaboration with ML and GenAI teams will be essential in transforming advanced analytics into impactful, business-ready dashboards and insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance tuning. - Collaborate with ML/GenAI teams to integrate predictive, prescriptive, and generative insights into business dashboards. - Design scalable data models and semantic layers for self-service analytics. - Implement row-level security, governance, and compliance frameworks within Power BI. - Work with Azure Data Services or equivalent platforms to enable robust data pipelines. - Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable BI solutions. - Mentor analysts and developers on best practices in Power BI, DAX, and visualization standards. **Required Skills:** - Experience: 10+ Years in Data & BI (with strong Power BI expertise) - Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Tabular models. - Strong experience in data modeling, performance optimization, and visualization best practices. - Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Platform or similar. - Familiarity with ML/AI model outputs and embedding them into BI solutions. - Strong SQL skills and knowledge of ETL/ELT design patterns. - Experience implementing governance, security, and enterprise BI frameworks. **Good to Have:** - Exposure to Python/R for data wrangling and ML model consumption. - Understanding of MLOps / AI Ops for model-to-dashboard integration. - Knowledge of GenAI tools for BI augmentation. In addition to the technical skills required for this role, it's beneficial to have exposure to Python/R, MLOps, and GenAI tools. Your experience of 12-14 years in the field of BI & Visualization Development will be invaluable in this position.
