BI Analytics Lead

As a Tableau Data Analyst at Freespace, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and inspiring a cross-functional analytics team to deliver high-quality solutions on time - Managing the execution of the product roadmap and aligning priorities with product and technical managers - Defining and implementing a modern data architecture using AWS services - Implementing AI and ML capabilities for analytics solutions - Contributing to the transformation of Freespace's offering into a central SaaS analytics platform - Partnering with senior technical leads to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and technology standards - Driving innovation and process improvements to foster a data-driven culture within the team and organization To qualify for this role, you should have: - Expertise in Python for data manipulation and SQL for querying and optimization - Proficiency in AWS services like Lambda, Glue, S3, and Redshift for building scalable data architectures - Strong understanding of data architecture principles and experience with AI/ML models - Familiarity with React and Node.js for full-stack development - Experience working in Agile methodologies and delivering high-quality solutions - Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools for creating data visualizations and dashboards Qualifications required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field - 5+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or science with cloud-based data solutions - At least 2 years in a leadership capacity - Hands-on experience with AWS, ETL processes, and AI/ML techniques - Familiarity with React/Node.js and Agile development practices Freespace offers various perks including paid annual leave, family mediclaim cover, company-sponsored meals, funded training for career development, an employee referral program, global employee award program, and opportunities to shape the company's culture.
