MIS and Analysis Analyze large data sets with ability to draw conclusions and provide insights to stakeholders Support Business Analyst in both ad hoc and standard PowerPoint & Excel reports Running weekly and monthly reporting and analysis, send key highlights to Leadership Team Work with developer to customize Tableau dashboards for different Vantage cohorts & use cases Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data regularly Ensuring the base data is captured accurately (incl. billing and operations data) Own weekly billing process from Request Management System and send to Finance team Partner with Finance team to understand economics of business and match with ops data Interpret stakeholder business needs and translate them into opera tional requirements. Provide ad hoc analytical support for internal initiatives and special projects Qualifications: 25 years of experience as a business analyst or in a data analytics focused role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting Experience working with reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and/or CRM platforms is preferred Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly A collaborative mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a global, virtual team Preferred candidate profile 2+ years experience with excellent communication skills and Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting, Experience working with reporting tools such as Tableau platforms is preferred Please share your resume on alpa_jain@persolkelly.com.
