Provide patient care in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings under consultant guidance.
Record case histories, monitor vitals, and assist in diagnosis and treatment. Support consultants and nursing staff during procedures and daily ward rounds. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of patient records. Assist in patient counseling, discharge summaries, and follow-up care. Coordinate between clinical teams, patients, and attendants for smooth hospital operations. Adhere to hospital protocols, medical ethics, and NABH quality standards. Participate in clinical discussions, training sessions, and skill development programs.
