Job Description

ETASHA Society’s Project AtmaNirbhar

BFSI Trainers

Role & Responsibilities

As part of our Vocational Training & Placement team, you will:

Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions on BFSI topics (Banking basics, Insurance products, Mutual Funds, Financial Literacy, Customer Service, KYC/AML guidelines).
Conduct pre- and post-assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
Use interactive methods to create a stimulating classroom environment.
Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
Mentor youth on career paths and prepare them for BFSI employment opportunities.
Collaborate with the placement team for smooth transitions into jobs.

What We’re Looking For

Finance, Commerce, or related fields

✅ 2–3 years’ experience

communication & facilitation skills

✅ Ability to engage with youth from diverse backgrounds

✅ BFSI certifications (NISM or equivalent) preferred

What We Offer

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
