This role requires deep expertise in PAM concepts and BeyondTrust tools, integration with other systems like Active Directory and ServiceNow, and automation using scripts like PowerShell or Python. Key responsibilities include developing workflows, ensuring compliance (e.g., DISA STIGs, NIST 800-53), providing technical guidance, and performing system maintenance and upgrades.

Core responsibilities

Implementation and support: Design, implement, configure, and support various BeyondTrust products, including Password Safe, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Remote Support.

System integration: Integrate BeyondTrust with other enterprise systems like Active Directory, identity management tools, and IT service management (ITSM) platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

Workflow and automation: Develop and document PAM workflows for access requests and approvals. Create and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to improve operational efficiency.

Compliance and security: Ensure solutions meet security standards, such as DISA STIGs and NIST 800-53. Support audit requests by generating reports and documentation.

System maintenance: Oversee system patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning for the BeyondTrust environment.

Required skills and qualifications

Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with BeyondTrust products and Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles.

Technical knowledge: In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux), Active Directory, and common enterprise IT infrastructure.

Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation.

IAM: Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, such as least privilege enforcement, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
