BESS Trainer (Battery Energy storage systems)

Manufacturing Industry Profile - BESS Trainer (Battery Energy Storage Systems) Qualification - Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Experience - Min 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in BESS installation, operation, or service. Solid understanding of battery technologies (preferably lithium-ion), BMS, PCS/inverters, and EMS. Salary - Upto 3.6 LPA Location - Jaipur* Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable BESS Trainer with hands-on experience in the Battery Energy Storage Systems industry. The candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training to internal teams, partners, and customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of BESS systems. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver technical training sessions (theoretical and practical) on BESS technology, including system architecture, battery chemistry, safety protocols, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. * Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training content, manuals, SOPs, and assessments. * Support new employee onboarding by providing foundational knowledge of BESS systems. * Conduct live demonstrations and hands-on sessions with BESS components (inverters, BMS, battery modules, EMS, etc.). * Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, standards, and innovations in battery storage technologies. * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure training aligns with current practices and product updates. * Ensure training complies with all safety and industry regulations. * Willingness to travel to training sites, client locations, or field projects when necessary. * Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards for BESS (UL, IEC, IEEE, etc.) is a plus.
