Benchmarking Analyst Automotive Chassis Suspension and Vehicle Body Systems

Role Overview: As a Design and Development Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to work on the design and development of Door Trims, Energy absorption PADs, and other interior automotive parts. You will utilize various technologies to create Automotive interiors decorative parts and Soft Touch interior parts. Additionally, you will be involved in CAE analysis of Interior parts stiffness and conducting testing at both parts and vehicle levels. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Door Trims, interior decorative parts, and Soft Touch parts in alignment with the program schedule. - Perform CAE analysis of Interior parts stiffness and participate in Designer CAE activities. - Conduct testing at both parts and vehicle levels according to the program schedule. - Ensure compliance with regulations related to automotive interiors. - Monitor the cost and weight at both Part and Sub-System levels. - Plan countermeasures based on Design/ Quality Reviews, Line Feedback, and Testing results. - Collaborate with business partners for the development of parts. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in design and development of automotive interior parts. - Proficiency in CAE analysis tools. - Strong knowledge of regulations related to automotive interiors. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,
