Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: [Gachibowli, Hyderabad]

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bench sales and marketing of consultants in the US staffing market. You must be highly motivated, target-driven, and have proven experience in sales and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Market and place consultants (bench candidates) by developing new vendor relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Actively work on requirements from direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors.

Negotiate rates with vendors and clients, ensuring maximum benefit for the company and consultants.

Regular follow-up with consultants to ensure smooth placements.

Maintain a strong pipeline of vendor contacts and job opportunities.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly placement targets.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing).

Strong understanding of the US IT staffing process.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Goal-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

Additional Information

Bond: 1-year bond mandatory.

Document Submission: One original document needs to be submitted as part of the joining formalities.

Shift: Night shift only (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST).

Cab Facility: Not provided.
