• Greet guests at the hotel entrance and assist with luggage
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
• Transport baggage to and from guest rooms and vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas
• Provide information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions
• Assist front desk staff as needed (room deliveries, errands, etc.)
• Respond quickly to calls for assistance from guests or front office
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and professionalism

Candidate Requirements:

• Good physical stamina (ability to lift luggage)
• Basic communication skills in English or local language
• Well-groomed appearance and polite attitude
• Honest, responsible, and guest-focused
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Hotel experience is an advantage but not mandatory
