About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Facilitate sessions that bring together behavioural science and real-time workplace challenges across communication, leadership, and strategic thinking

2. Coach individuals to help them deepen self-awareness, navigate difficult conversations, and build emotional resilience

3. Observe and interpret behavioural patterns and learning gaps across sessions

4. Collaborate on refining content and structure based on learner progress

Other requirements

1. Background in psychology, facilitation, or behavioral training

2. Strong command over language—clear, confident, and relatable

3. Comfort with both group dynamics and one-on-one coaching

4. High emotional acuity and the ability to create psychologically safe learning spaces

5. Structured thinking and the ability to adapt content in the moment

6. Preferably experienced in working with adult learners or leadership development
