You will be joining YES MADAM, India's leading home salon service provider, as a Customer Handling Specialist based in Noida. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and complaints, offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle customer communications through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, document interactions, process requests, and collaborate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution.
