Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Beauty Advisor. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized beauty advice, recommending products, and assisting customers in finding the right beauty solutions. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating product usage, staying updated on the latest beauty trends and products, and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. The role also entails maintaining a clean and organized workspace and managing product inventory.

• Cosmetology and Skin Care knowledge
• Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for beauty and helping customers find the right products
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, retail environment
• Experience in beauty or retail sales is a plus
