Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of beauty and spa services, including body massages, Hydra facials, and treatments for unisex clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and professionalism.
• Upsell and promote salon products and services to increase sales.
• Ensure all client appointments run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization within the salon.
• Provide excellent hairstyle services to customers.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in beauty and spa treatments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beautician or Spa Therapist.
• Skilled in providing body massages, Hydra facials, and unisex beauty services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Sales ability to promote salon services and products.
