We are Hiring Beautician

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – Beautician

Position: Beautician
Location: Femina Flaunt Studio Salon, Monal Tower, Guwahati

1. Service Delivery & Client Experience

Provide professional beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, clean-up, bleaching, manicure, pedicure, and basic hair care.
Ensure all services are delivered as per salon standards and client satisfaction.
Guide clients on suitable treatments, products, and aftercare.

2. Customer Engagement & Upselling

Build strong customer relationships by offering personalized service.
Cross-sell and upsell salon services, treatments, and retail products.
Maintain repeat client base by ensuring a high-quality experience.

3. Hygiene & Salon Standards

Follow hygiene protocols, maintain cleanliness of workstation, tools, and equipment.
Ensure all treatments adhere to health & safety regulations.
Maintain grooming standards as per brand guidelines.

4. Teamwork & Salon Operations

Support colleagues and coordinate with the salon manager for smooth operations.
Manage client appointments effectively to minimize waiting time.
Report stock requirements (cosmetics, creams, wax, etc.) to the manager on time.

5. Professional Development

Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, treatments, and products.
Attend training sessions conducted by the brand/management.
Upgrade skills regularly to deliver new-age services.

Performance Measurement:

Client satisfaction scores & repeat clients.
Revenue generated through services & product upselling.
Adherence to hygiene & salon SOPs.
Punctuality, discipline, and teamwork contribution.
