Job Title: Business Development Specialist – CosmetologyTraining Details:

• Duration: 2 to 3 months

• Mode: In-person training at Chandigarh branch
• Flexibility: Flexible days allowed (as per candidate availability and company schedule)
• Purpose: Product knowledge, sales techniques, client consultation skills, service detailing, and field exposure

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and create awareness about skin & cosmetology treatments and wellness services.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and local networking.
• Convert leads into consultations and appointments at the Amritsar clinic.
• Develop partnerships with beauty salons, clinics, and health professionals for referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule treatments and follow up on client satisfaction.
• Provide daily reports to the manager and contribute to monthly revenue goals.
• Build strong client relationships and educate them about cosmetology treatments and packages.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate or diploma holder in any stream; background in health, wellness, or beauty industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Sales-driven and confident in field activity and client interaction.
• Willing to relocate to Chandigarh temporarily for training and then work full-time in Amritsar.

Work Timings:

9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and 6 days working and 1 day alternate week of
monday to friday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
