Handle queries from International patients.
Handle all patient counselling and their requirement. These including collecting medical reports, gathering patient history, sharing opinions from specialist Doctors from partner hospitals, counselling for treatment plan, cost estimate and expected success of the treatment. Send Visa invitation and hand over the patient to patient care operations team.
BDS from a Government or premium institute.
Keen to build career in non clinical, healthcare management.
Fluency in English.
Another language fluency like Bengali, Arabic, French etc. will be an added advantage.
Ideally the candidate should be excellent in patient counselling.
