Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counsellor based inZirakpur. The BDM/Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in career planning, providing insights into career opportunities, and assisting with career development and management. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing student concerns, and offering personalized guidance tailored to individual aspirations and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Strong Student Counseling skills to effectively assist and advise individuals
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, empathize, and build trustworthy professional relationships
• Experience in the education or professional development sector is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred
