BDM (Sales) - Dental Implants

As a Business Development Manager (BDM Sales) with 3+ years of experience, your primary purpose will be to educate dental surgeons, corporate entities, institutions, and hospitals about the benefits of Dental Implants, specifically Immediate Functional Loading of Implants. Your accountability will involve identifying and inviting potential dentists for Cortico Basal Implantology Courses, ensuring their participation commitment, acquiring new clients, generating sales, and increasing sales volume from existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong acquisition skills with a focus on the target audience, be a graduate/BDS/Post Graduate with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to manage key accounts geographically. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Medical Dental Industry or relevant experience in implants sales is required. This role offers a salary of 6 LPA and requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
