Job Description

Drive end-to-end project launch activities and ensure sales readiness.
Conduct market study, competition analysis, and define project positioning.
Identify potential land parcels; coordinate for site visits, feasibility checks, and preliminary due diligence.
Lead landowner meetings, negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements.
Activate and manage Channel Partners;
Support launch events, previews, and key customer interactions
Build strong relationships with landowners, high-value buyers, and CPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
