In this role, you will be responsible for conducting orientation classes, identifying potential leads, and converting enquiries into enrolments. Your key responsibilities will include conducting orientation classes to showcase our programs and services, generating leads, handling student enquiries, and meeting performance standards and deadlines. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives, identify new business opportunities, and propose growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong capabilities in lead generation and conversion, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of marketing principles are essential for success in this role.
