BDM - IT asset Rental/Laptop Rental

As a Business Development and Lead Generation professional, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting B2B customers such as IT companies, NGOs, and corporates who are interested in renting IT equipment. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, as well as building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. In terms of client acquisition and partnerships, you will need to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and form strategic partnerships with NGOs, IT firms, and SMEs. It will also be your responsibility to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. When it comes to contract negotiations and pricing, you will negotiate rental contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. You will work closely with the legal and finance teams on contract finalization to ensure profitability and adherence to company pricing policies. As part of account management, you will maintain ongoing relationships with clients, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure timely renewals and contract extensions. In terms of market research and strategy, you will conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing benchmarks. Your insights will be crucial for business expansion and developing new rental models. Qualifications and Skills: - Experience: You should have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, rental, leasing, or IT equipment, with a proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. - Skills: You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong market research and analytical capabilities, proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, and the ability to close deals and manage long-term client relationships.,
