Business Development / Lead Generation Executive

Responsibilities & Achievements:

  • Generated and qualified B2B sales leads, supporting the Business Development team.
  • Built strong client relationships and nurtured leads to improve conversion rates.
  • Created and managed client databases from LinkedIn, Google, and B2B websites.
  • Engaged with decision-makers globally through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Scheduled appointments and coordinated meetings for Business Development Managers.
  • Designed and executed strategies to expand inbound lead generation and ROI.
  • Conducted market research and implemented best practices.
  • Prepared analytical reports and presented key findings to clients.
  • Represented the company at client meetings and business events across India.
  • Consistently met weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
