Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to promote our online ad services and generate new business opportunities. This role involves voice-based outreach, relationship building, and converting interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to engage with potential clients.
• Identify client needs and pitch suitable advertising packages.
• Explain services clearly and assist in closing deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, call activity, and deal status.
• Meet monthly targets for conversions and revenue.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in business development or voice-based sales, preferably in digital or advertising services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to handle consultative sales conversations confidently.
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms like Google Ads is a plus.
• Experience using CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
