Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, you will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will actively pitch and promote DSK Group's home electrical products to various B2B stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and retailers, highlighting product features, benefits, and the value proposition to drive sales. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and strengthening relationships with dealers and distributors to encourage repeat business and loyalty. You will act as the point of contact for any issues or queries related to the products. Additionally, you will gather feedback from dealers and distributors on product quality, customer demands, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to management for product improvements and sales strategies. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on DSK Group's latest product offerings, industry trends, and competitor products to ensure that all sales pitches are based on up-to-date product knowledge. Working towards achieving set sales targets each month and quarter is crucial, along with providing regular and detailed sales reports to management that outline progress toward targets, feedback from stakeholders, and relevant market information. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: Minimum 2 years prior experience in selling home electrical products or products from a similar sector is required. - Languages: Strong proficiency in English and Hindi is essential for effective communication with dealers and distributors. - Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. - Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. You should possess the ability to communicate effectively and tailor pitches to the specific needs of each stakeholder. This role demands a proactive, goal-driven individual who can maintain strong relationships while meeting sales targets and staying current with product knowledge.
