Job Description

You will be responsible for handling and engaging with inbound leads provided by the company as a Business Development Executive (BDE) within our growing team. Your role will involve conducting cold calls to prospective domestic clients to generate interest in our IT services and converting leads into successful business deals through effective communication and follow-ups. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will need to understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients, regularly updating CRM systems, and consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets are crucial for success in this role. It will also be essential to stay updated with the latest industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities. To be eligible for this position, you should have an MBA in Marketing or Sales along with mandatory internship experience in Sales/Marketing (Minimum 3 months). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with a passion for sales and business growth in the IT industry. Being self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are also important qualities.
