You are a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) joining a premium gym in Gurugram, Sector 65. Your role involves driving gym membership sales through various channels, maintaining client relationships, conducting consultations, developing sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. Key Responsibilities: - Engage potential clients through calls, walk-ins, and digital leads to drive gym membership sales. - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients. - Provide detailed information about gym services, facilities, and membership plans during consultations. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offers and events. - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English & Hindi preferred. - Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer handling, particularly in the fitness, hospitality, or wellness industry. - Passion for fitness and a persuasive sales approach. - Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
