Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.)
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our products/services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
