As a member of the VGL team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with design, production, and quality teams to ensure the timely execution of jewelry collections. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales trends, market feedback, and customer demand to effectively plan collections and reorders. You will collaborate closely with buyers and international counterparts to ensure alignment on product expectations and manage the product lifecycle from concept brief to final production handover. It will be essential for you to track order progress, follow up with production, and update internal trackers diligently. Maintaining accurate merchandising documentation, including costing, SKU data, and production timelines, will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will provide support for the sampling and product development process. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of jewelry production processes and demonstrate excellent communication and coordination abilities. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving the success of VGL's jewelry collections and furthering the company's reputation for quality and innovation in the industry. This is a mid-level position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, requiring 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree qualification. The compensation for this role ranges from INR 3,00,000 to 4,20,000 per year.
