Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth with OEM and Tier-1 customers
  • Handle RFQs from customers and coordinate internal discussions
  • Identify new customers and new business opportunities
  • Prepare product pricing and costing for new developments
  • Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity
  • Track market share and identify growth areas
  • Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing for product development and testing
  • Manage sample submissions and conduct field trials
  • Ensure PPAP documentation and approvals as per customer requirements
  • Use SAP for order tracking, pricing, and related commercial activities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Monitor competitor movements and support strategic planning
