Battery Production In charge

In this role at River, you will be responsible for managing the battery production area and overseeing all manufacturing activities to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the Shift Supervisors and technician team in assembly - Achieving set productivity targets - Closing the daily MIS - Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources - Collaborating with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components - Motivating the production team to achieve production targets and quality objectives - Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and facilitating training as needed - Analyzing production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency The ideal candidate for this position should have 8-12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing. You should have proven experience in production management, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive industry. Basic knowledge of Lithium-ion Battery Manufacturing Process and the ability to manage a team of 40-70 people are also required for this role.,
