Battery Development Engineer (Cell & Module)

You should have a Graduation in Chemical Engineering, BSc, or MSc in Chemistry with 2 to 4 years of experience. Your roles and responsibilities will include preparing, participating, and writing meeting minutes in Technical TCs, maintaining an open points list (OPL), checking cell and module data sheets, handling manuals, FMEA, and other technical documents. You will also be responsible for tracking, filing, and checking test reports, preparing feedback to suppliers, supporting cell and module development, developing processes, checklists, and tools for cell development, and analyzing data of cell/module/pack tests in collaboration with the data analysis team. Additionally, you will provide organizational support for cell and module development, release managements, and requirements management support using Polarion. You must have proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoints. It would be beneficial if you have skills in Matlab and Polarion, as well as a good understanding of cell chemistries and E-mobility.,
