Basketball Coach

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective basketball training sessions for beginners to advanced-level players.

Plan and implement skill development programs focused on fundamentals, tactics, and game strategy.

Evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback.

Design age-appropriate drills to improve technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game.

Ensure player safety and promote sportsmanship, discipline, and team spirit.

Assist in organizing internal and external tournaments, leagues, and events.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a basketball coach, preferably in a professional academy, school, or club setting.

Valid Basketball Coaching Certification from a recognized national or international body (e.g., BFI Level 1/2/3, FIBA certification, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies.

Ability to work with children and young adults, fostering a positive learning environment.
