Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Basketball Coach to lead our school basketball program. The ideal candidate will not only train students in the fundamentals of the sport but also instill values of discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship while preparing them for inter-school and state-level competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct regular basketball training sessions for different age groups.
• Develop physical fitness, skill-building, and game strategies among students.
• Identify and nurture talented players, preparing them for competitive tournaments.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain discipline during practice sessions and matches.
• Organize intra-school basketball events, workshops, and inter-house competitions.
• Collaborate with the Physical Education department and contribute to overall sports development in the school.
• Motivate students to balance academics with sports excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) or relevant certification in Basketball Coaching.
• Prior experience as a Basketball Coach at school, academy, or club level.
• Strong knowledge of basketball techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Ability to mentor and inspire students with patience and positivity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
